The unique Selectorized Smith Bar on the SF3 is directly tied into the weight stacks. There's no need to load and unload Olympic plates to change your weight, just move the pins.

The SF3 comes standard with our FLB2 Folding Adjustable Bench & even has built-in bench storage when it's not in use.
WEIGHT MULTIPLIER
Need more weight on your Smith Bar? No problem, you can double the weight with the SF3's weight multiplier feature.
