This is truly an all-encompassing mid and upper back strengthener. This design is a blend of traditional and functional training. The ST730 features dual, independent, swiveling pulleys that allow the user to converge, diverge, or pull straight down when using the co-molded handles. The dual swivel aluminum composite lat bar is an alternative option that allows a traditional movement. The mid row features a durable dipped rubber handle. The instructional placard is strategically positioned so the exerciser can reference it from the seated position.
