Fitness Exchange Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

Free or fee based shipping only applies to the 48 continental states. Shipping is via either USPS, UPS or one of our various freight common carriers depending on size and weight restrictions. Larger items will be via common carrier and is considered a curbside delivery only and will be delivered to a location at your address that is acceptable for a tractor trailer at the drivers discretion. Customers are required to be home at the time of delivery to sign the delivery receipt and are responsible for ensuring an acceptable delivery receiving location. Any damage must be reported at the time of the delivery and noted on the delivery receipt. Any redelivery charges due to a missed delivery is the responsibility of the customer and customer will be billed for all additional charges.

Returning Purchases to Our Store

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with every item purchased from Fitness Exchange, Inc. Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible. With the original sales receipt, returns are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts and accessories. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all equipment returns. All sales are final on special order, floor model, demo, clearance, pre-owned and trade-in purchases.  Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment less the full stated price for delivery & assembly (regardless of any discounts applied to this fee).  The full stated original price for any promotional or free items included in the sale will also be deducted from the amount returned. Cash purchases will be refunded by a company check from Corporate Headquarters within 30 days. All shipping, assembly, delivery, and pickup fees are the sole responsibility of customer.

Shipping the Return

If sending an item back to us within 30 days of purchase, we recommend you follow the same method we used to deliver your purchase.  Return shipping must be prepaid and shipping will only be refunded due to an error by Fitness Exchange.

Form of Refund

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. If the original purchase was charged to another cardholder’s account (as is often the case with a gift), the return will be issued as a gift certificate.  

 

Cancellation after order has shipped
 
Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs if the order is canceled after it ships. Fitness Exchange is not responsible if an order is not canceled by the customer in time. If an order needs to be canceled, it must be done within 24-hours after the order has been placed. A 15% restocking fee may also apply. Credit will be applied to the original payment method used once the product has been returned and has been inspected. 
 
Pricing Errors

 

Fitness Exchange is not obligated to honor any price on our website that is in error.  We will contact you and let you know the correct price and charge your account as per your request or credit your account in full. FItness Exchange reserves the right to cancel without notice any free shipping offer at any time.
