Fitness Exchange's Return Policy
Returning Purchases to Our StoreWe want our customers to be fully satisfied with every item purchased from Fitness Exchange, Inc. Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible. With the original sales receipt, returns are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts and accessories. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all equipment returns. All sales are final on special orders, floor model, demo and pre-owned purchases. Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment. Cash purchases will be refunded by a company check from Corporate Headquarters within 30 days. All Delivery/Pickup fees are the sole responsibility of customer.
Shipping the return
If sending an item back to us within 30 days of purchase, we recommend you follow the same method we used to deliver your purchase (generally UPS, except for very large or heavy items which require RPS Delivery). The return address is specified on the packing slip included with your purchase. Please complete the return portion of the packing slip so that we can be fully responsive to your desired method of exchange or refund. Return shipping must be prepaid and shipping will only be refunded due to an error by Fitness Exchange.
Form of Refund
Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. If the original purchase was charged to another cardholder’s account (as is often the case with a gift), the return will be issued as a gift certificate .
