Good customer service still does exist!

Went in on Memorial Day Weekend looking to buy a Spin Bike and to take advantage of their Free Delivery/Free Installation Special. Was greeted by Caroline. Soon after, was joined by Brian. Both were very friendly and helpful. Bought the bike that day and was delivered a week or so later. Upon riding the bike for a few days, realized that it was not performing like I had hoped. Spoke to Brian and told him I wanted to return and instead order a different model Spin Bike. Absolutely no problem or hassle with the return/exchange. Brian even gave me the same deal (Free Shipping/Free Delivery) even though the special was over. He even offered to have the bike picked up, instead of me having to return it myself. Brian, Caroline and Wayne, who delivered/installed, made the purchase and experience very pleasant. Good Customer Service still does exist.
